It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Frank of Columbia, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert N. Frank and Madeline M. Frank (Helfrich). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Richard B. Frank (Mary Ann) of Milton, DE and Cheryl A. Tazik (Michael) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Diana, Steven, Julie, Gregory, Michael, Ella, Avery, Gavin, Adara and Marisa; and his sister Margaret E. Kuhlman.
