He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pets, Tugger, Maya, Mia and Nittany; his wife Sue Burger Richardson; his parents, Charles Whiteman and Hildred Geesey Whiteman; his children, Randy L., Jr. (Lisa Richardson) and Mindy (Jay Shellenberger); his grandchildren, Carley and Caleb; and his siblings, Greg (Dee Richardson) and Robin (Eugene Gingrich).
