She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rafferty and Sarah Wise Rafferty; and her siblings, Robert, Ronald Rafferty, Anna Gable and Betty Nagle.
She is survived by: her husband George Baxter of Columbia; her daughter Teresa (Jerry Johnson) of York; her grandson Justin Eichelberger (Sarah Fengfish) of Marietta; and her sister Patricia Way of Marietta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
