He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kramer and Rose Kramer (Ranzinger); and his siblings, Frances Runkle, Richard, Karl, Jackie McBride and Rose Gable.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kramer (Kepner); his children, Kenneth, Jr. (Becky), David (Karen), Bradley (Margaret), Todd (Diana), James (Beth) and Rose (David Weitzel); his sister Julie (Brian Wolf); and his grandchildren, Abby, Jan Michael, Selena, Christopher, Matthew, Erin, Zachary, Jeremy, Joshua, Brittany, Brooke, Alexander and Meagan. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
