He is survived by: his parent Barbara Fredericks (Stewart) of Lansford, PA; his wife Beverly Fredericks (Ardos); his children, Kendra L. Smith (John) and Tycho K. Fredericks (Gail); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Gunnar, Sienna, Jack and Ainsley.
