Manley of Columbia, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. "Dick" Manley, Sr.; her parents, John H. Kirchner and Ethel Mae Brooks Kirchner; and her brother James. She is survived by: her children, Brenda L. (Steven L. Zeamer), Richard A. "Rick" Jr. (Lisa A. Manley) and Cindy M. (Lester Lipman); and her siblings, Joseph C. Kirchner, Nancy, Joanne and Jack. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
