We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2023, at the age of 70, Joseph L. Shives of Columbia, Pennsylvania, born in Bedford, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Shives and Delores Shives; his spouse Shelva Imler Shives; his children, Candace Jo Nace (Glenn), Cara Jo Kramer (Jason Zavala) and Becki Jo Gilbert (Cleonard); his sisters, Cathy Gebhard (Randy), Jennifer Ballinger (Michael) and Kerri Jo Easter (Jay); and his grandchildren, Marissa Ramirez (Hector), Hillary Kramer, Brently Kramer, Kaleob Shives, Nikolas Nace, Cleo Gilbert, Nikole Ramirez, Alysia, Carter, Jove and Zane Gilbert.
