He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fincher and Erma Yohe Fincher; and his sister Judy Witmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Fincher of Columbia, Erna (Ronnie Hoffman) of Frenchville, PA, Stephanie (late Robert Sholly) of Wrightsville and Beth Packard of Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
