He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Swarr; and his parents, Christian Swarr and Florence Smith Swarr. He is survived by: his children, Kathy A. Hoffman (Keith), John M. Swarr (Columbia) and Mark L. Swarr (York); and his granddaughter Madison Jane Swarr.
