He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward, Sr. Troutman and Dorothy Hilliar Troutman; and his siblings, Edward Troutman, Jr., Robert Troutman, Larry Troutman and Eileen Rupp.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Troutman-Smith of Dallastown; his grandchildren, Meaghan Smith (Michael Baello) of California, Logan Teipel of Dallastown, Luke Teipel of Dallastown and Keegan Teipel of Dallastown; and his brother David (Darlene Troutman) of Columbia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
