He is survived by: his wife Anne Myers (Hansen); his daughters, Terry A. Fichtorn (Timothy), Tammy L. DeJesus (Jesse), Mount Joy, Debra J. Stum, Dawn M. Mellinger (Benjamin) and Cindy J. Zimmerman (Douglas); and his brother Art Myers (Rachel).
