He was predeceased by: his brothers, Leo R. Lowe and John L. Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Charles W. Lowe, Ashley Lowe, Tiffany Lowe and Ryan Lowe; his brother William; and his sister-in-law Melissa Lowe. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, and three grandchildren.
