We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2020, Isaac Harlan Miller (Columbia, Pennsylvania), born in Lost River, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kay Breon Miller of Columbia; and his children, Kimberly (late Jeffry Heindel) of Columbia, James Miller of Lakeland, FL, Jeffrey Miller of Columbia, Donald (Angie Miller) of Washington Boro and Melissa (Bobby Gillenwater) of Washington Boro. He is also survived by four step children; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
