She was predeceased by: her husband Ray B. "Jake" Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia H. (Steven Reese), Victoria M. (James Brommer) and Barbara A. Mentzer; her grandchildren, Lara, Ryan, Michael and Brian; and her brothers, Joseph (Lola Fleckenstein), Louis (Janet Fleckenstein) and Oak Leaf Manor North. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
