He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Smith and Charlotte Smith Dombach. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith (Brommer); his children, Keary R (Jodi Smith) of Columbia and Jennifer S (Kevin Kauffman) of Mountville; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Brady Smith, Connor, Ethan and Julia Kauffman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (23 S 6th St, Columbia, PA 17512). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
