She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Forrest and Leta Forrest (Brown); and her husband Kenneth Mott. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Mott, Michael Mott and Beth Slaughter; her grandchildren, Darren Lewis, Alan Mott, Erica Bond and Brittany Mott; and her sisters, Charolette Cottonmyer and Robin Warren.
