He was predeceased by: his wife Susan McKonly Brommer; his parents, Richard Brommer and Dora Goddard Brommer; his grandson Stephen Mummaw (Lindsey); and his siblings, Richard Brommer, James Brommer, John Brommer, Lillian Harry, Susan Birk, Dora Heim and Amy Fox.
He is survived by: his sons, George R. Brommer, Jr. (Carol) and Stephen R. Mummaw (Sandra); his grandchildren, Alison Hildenbrand (Lloyd) and Wayne Pieczura (Elena); and his great grandchildren, Kaden Hildebrand, Maceon Mummaw and Trinity Mummaw.
