He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Palacios and Gregoria Palacios (Martinez). He is survived by: his wife Hazel (Salazar); his children, Sandra L. Palacios of Columbia, Elizabeth Palacios of Columbia, Jacob P. Palacios (Diana) of Columbia and Joseph H. Palacios of Columbia; his grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas, Zander, Ariana and Makenna; his great grandchildren, Caralye and Alyanna; and his siblings, Joe Palacios (Dena) of Columbia, Ruben Palacios of Floresville, TX and Lydia Drake of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in George's memory may be made to his great-granddaughter, Alyanna for her courageous fight against leukemia.
