He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Mongeau (Krimmel); his siblings, Edward Mongeau (Doris), Robert Mongeau, Sr., Theresa Cameron (Don) of Lancaster and Bernadette Markley of Florida; and his children, Diana Fels (William Jr.) of Mount Joy, Francis Joseph Mongeau, Jr. (Angela) of Columbia and Marci Mowery (Joseph Frassetta) of Camp Hill. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
