He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Gilbert and Ruth Gilbert; and his siblings, Tommy Jankans and Rosalie Gilbert. He is survived by: his children, Destiny Gilbert of Manheim Township, PA, Jada Shirley of Columbia, PA and Eli "Lottie" Gilbert of York, PA; and his siblings, Luke Gilbert, Warren Gilbert, Bruce Gilbert, Ruth Mae Colon of Columbia, PA, Christine Gilbert of Columbia, PA, Joyce Gilbert of Columbia, PA and Brenda Graham of Kannapolis, NC.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.
