He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Apple and Leora Apple; and his brother Marvin D. Apple. He is survived by: his wife Vivian L. Apple (Ames); and his children, Darlene R. (Anthony Roscia) of Altoona and Wayne E. (Tracy Apple) of Altoona.
