She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Eckert, Jr.; her father John Horn; her daughter Cindy J. Wagner; and her siblings, John, Cletus Horn, Julia Divet and Ruth Shenberger.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Krushinski Horn; her daughter Brenda L. Henry; her son-in-law Gregory K. Wagner (Vicki); and her brother Richard Horn (Rita). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
