He was predeceased by: his father Harvey L. Ness, Sr.; his son Michael L. Ness; and his sister Cathy J. McKain. He is survived by: his mother Gladys M. Ness (Soders) of Columbia, PA; his wife Donna (Craig); and his daughters, Tammy M. Yerby of Littlestown, PA and Tara E. Ness of New Oxford, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one-great granddaughter; six sisters, and one brother.
