He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foltz and Hazel Foltz; and his siblings, Carl Foltz and Pearl Shaud. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Foltz (Hartman) of Columbia; his children, Barb (Bill Armstrong) of Lancaster and Donald, Jr. (Christy Foltz) of Millersville; his grandchildren, Dr. Amy Armstrong, Julie Armstrong, Danny Foltz and Caroline Foltz; and his siblings, Jean Dyer of Florida, Richard Foltz of Washington Boro, Arlene Johnson of Seven Valleys and Raymond Long of Lancaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
