He was predeceased by: his parent Leo E. Lutz; and his siblings, Brian S. and Ray Haug of Galeton. He is survived by: his parent Cora Ethel Lutz (Devine); his siblings, Leo S. Lutz, Donna M. Haug, Thomasine E. Lutz, Susan L. Mattern of Columbia, Carol A. Ortman and Karen M. Lutz of Wrightsville; and also Diddy Bop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dave's family would like to thank the staff of Penn State Hershey for the excellent care and the family of the organ donor who gave Dave a chance to live, and they encourage everyone to consider organ donation.
