He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Aponte and Maria Lopez; and his siblings, Maria Isabel Aponte Lopez and Jesus Aponte. He is survived by: his siblings, Juan Aponte of Florida, William Aponte of Puerto Rico and Soco Reyes Aponte of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
