She is survived by: her husband Bill Preston; her son Kristoffer Nees; her siblings, Ramona Dagenais, Waneta Auger, Marlene Maheu, Michael Maheu, Patricia Waldron and Stephen Maheu; and her half-sister Ann Freeman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
