She was predeceased by: her husband Robert V. Russell; her parents, William Lockard and Maude Lockard (Wenger); and her sister Emily L. Riffle. She is survived by: her son Charles V. Russell (Louise); her granddaughter Michelle; and her niece Joyce Leppo.
