Carter); her grandchildren, Hailey Marie Hinkle, Aubrey Nicole Hinkle, Amber Carter and Alyssa Carter; and her siblings, Bill Blankenship, Hazel Harvill, Danny Brown and Areida Strait. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
