He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Kollhoff and Helen Kollhoff (Hauck); and his siblings, Dennis, Richard Kollhoff and Helene Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kollhoff (Morris); his daughters, Rachel Janoski (Alex), Stacey Kearney (Michael), Allison Kollhoff, Melanie Kollhoff and Emily Donnon (Theodore); his siblings, Christine Matthews, Carol Flasinski, Patricia Dudkiewicz, Edmund Kollhoff, Jake Kollhoff and Michael Kollhoff; and his grandchildren, Taylor Janoski, Evan Kearney, Aidan Janoski, Chase Kearney, Carter Kollhoff, Reese Kearney, Lyla Donnon, William Martin, Eden Kollhoff, Theodore Donnon and Mae Martin. He is also survived by ses his wife and children.
