He is survived by: his brother Justyn; his nephew Joshua; his children, Shannon Feltwell (Robert), Stephanie Pecora (Steven) and Thomas Kelly; his brothers, Jay Kelly III (Colleen) and Brian Kelly (Rachelle); his niece Angela; his nephews, Justyn IV and Josh; and also, Thomas and Kaylen Kelly.
