It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Eugene McDowell of Collingdale, Pennsylvania, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. McDowell and Eileen M. McDowell; and his brother Jerry McDowell. He is survived by: his significant other Carol McDowell; his children, Christina McDowell and Thomas McDowell; his siblings, Eileen McDowell Scanlan, Maureen, Jack, Michael and Patrick McDowell; and his close friends, Jimmy, Meatball and Goldy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Tommy is also survived by his best friends, Jimmy, Meatball, Goldy, and many, many other friends. **In our due diligence to keep the family safe, those planning on attending the services will be asked to adhere to the current social distancing guidelines and also be required to wear masks.
