He is survived by: his wife Betty Rae MacGuire; his children, Donna Mitchell (Kevin), Robert J., Elizabeth MacGuire and Kevin D. MacGuire (Danielle); his grandchildren, Laura Scott (Richard), Joshua Mitchell, James Mitchell, Aydia MacGuire and Aubrey MacGuire; and his great grandchild Julia Scott.
