She is survived by: her husband John Faust; and her children, Joanne Thompson (Craig), John R. Faust Jr. (Cindy), Stephanie Faust, Patricia Kaut (Donald), Timothy, Samantha, Bridget, Jeremy, Shawn, Charles, Patty Anne, Michael, Kaitlynn, Ryan and Shane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Burial: Private, In lieu of flowers contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
