He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Ann Crispin Mogan; his children, Tara Tatasciore (Mark), Roseann Stark and Michael F. Mogan, Jr. (Tara); his sisters, Justine Green, Patricia Mogan, Susanne Mogan and Joanne Hartney; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Ava Tatasciore, Harrison, Cameron Stark, Miles and Stevie Mogan.
