It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Murphy (Collingdale, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Whitby and Mary Louise Whitby; and her husband Peter John Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Peter Murphy, Jr. (Lauren Wright), Michael Murphy, Melinda Craskey (Jeff), Susan Murphy, Jacqueline Gilfillan (Robert), Jennifer Murphy (David Hoyt) and Her; her grandchildren, Rachael, Shannon, Samantha, Jeffrey, Erin, Sean, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Alycia, Kimberly, Robert Jr., Mary-Kate, Emily, Ava and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Thomas, Leila, Max and Mackenzie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
