He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howell and Eurie Howell (Curry); his wife Mary Howell; and his siblings, George C. Howell, Esther Kelly, Eurie Kouba and Virginia Muller.
He is survived by: his son Frederick Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to current guidelines, facial masks and social distancing are required inside the church.
