He was predeceased by: his wife Janet M. Kelly; and his son Brian Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Morris (William), Frank Kelly (Lorraine), Colleen Gonzoph (James), Kathleen Ruggear (Ron), Patrick Kelly (Sandra) and Kristine Olley (Michael); and his siblings, Patricia Smith, Barbara Clarke and Kathy Toland (Dave). He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
