He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene A. Capstick, Sr. and Dorothy Capstick. He is survived by: his wife Candice Capstick; his brother William Capstick; and his children, Jason Capstick (Neilee), Candice Boyer (Brad) and Stacey Little (Andy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
