It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen J. Morris of Collingdale, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Diedrich and Margaret Diedrich (Tynan); her husband John E. Morris; and her son Daniel J. Morris. She is survived by: her children, John E. Morris Jr. (Sharon), Cathleen Wallen (Mike), James J. Morris, Joan Morris (Mark), Christine M. Morris and Maureen Sponheimer (Kerry); her grandchildren, Rachael, Courtney, Brianna, Michael, Gregory, Tyler, Ashley, Emily, Amanda, Alexandra and Jenna; her brother William Diedrich (Elizabeth); and her brother-in-law Richard Morris (Rhonda). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
