She was predeceased by: her husband William Parsons; her parents, Arthur Flowers and Eva Flowers; and her brother Arthur S. Flowers. She is survived by: her children, Renay A. Oberholtzer (Alan), David A. Parsons (Carol), Glenn Parsons and Paul W. Parsons (Jennifer); her grandchildren, David Parsons, Lindsay Parsons, Victoria Parsons and Nicholas Parsons; her great grandchild Alexander Oberholtzer; and her siblings, Ronald Flower (Janet) and Ronald Hambrecht (Linda).
