She is survived by: her children, Jack McDowell, Michael McDowell, Thomas McDowell (Carol), Eileen McDowell Scanlan, Maureen McDowell and Patrick McDowell; her brother Thomas Flaherty (Joan); and her sisters-in-law, Muriel Rowe (Dennis) and Peggy Gaffney (Joe). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
