He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ellis and Elizabeth Ellis Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ellis; his children, Charles Ellis Jr. (Ann), Christine Switliski (Daniel), Denise McNamara (late Matthew), Joseph Ellis Sr., Anthony Ellis and David Ellis (Wanda); his stepchildren, Adda Farmer and Stephen Watson (Jamie); his grandchildren, Matthew, Christian, Danielle, Marina, Daniel, Zachary, Rachael, Jaclyn, Desiree, Joseph Jr., Kyra, Xoe, Sebastian, Ayanna, Gabriel, Maria, Julianna, Michael, Christine, Johnny and William; his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Danny, Sophia, Naomi, Elias, Elliot, Callie, Zoe, Shawn, Destini and Mya; his mother-in-law Adda Gontarz; and his cousins, Barry LaBoda, Robert Chester, John Saraka, Mitch Kuchta, Bonnie Armstrong, Nicholas Petro, Dennis Petro and James Petro. He is also survived by 8 children, and ever growing number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
