She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Warner and Ada Warner; and her brother Carl Warner, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David P. Maiden; her children, Mark Maiden (Margaret Hinkle), Karen Petz (David), Steven Maiden (Becky) and David Maiden Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Steven Jr., Emily, Jacob, Jessica and Alexandria; and her siblings, Melanie and Frederick.
