He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kozlowski and Ann Kozlowski. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Kozlowski; his brother Robert Kozlowski (Ursula); his mother-in-law Katherine Scharf; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Welcer, Walter Scharf (Susan) and Robert Scharf. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
