She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Weiss and Martha Weiss of Colmar Pa; her husband William S. Neill; and her sister Joanne Clowney. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Neill and Deb; her grandchildren, Laura Neill Jeros (Ethan), Ryan Neill (Tiffany) and Tyler Neill; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Brody Neill; her grandchildren, Maxon and Madelynn Jeros; and her brother-in-law Tom Clowney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
