He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Merriken and Ruth L. Adams; and his brother Stephen Merriken. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Merriken of Collegeville, PA; his sons, Michael Merriken of Charleston, SC and Robert Merriken of Ellicott, MD; his stepdaughter Chantal Louvet of Phoenixville, PA; his brother Paul Merriken of Asheville, NC; and his sister-in-law Joy Merriken of Wallingford, PA. He is also survived by 2 nieces; a nephew; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
