He is survived by: his wife Lisa Picard; his children, Christian Picard (Dianne), Valerie Picard Sheridan (Patrick), Noelle Picard DiFiore (Anthony) and Lea Picard; his grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella, Antonio, Milana and Michael; and his brother Richard Picard (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
