Prochaska; her parents, Peter Paul and Anna; her daughter Denise; her stepdaughter Karen Prochaska; her children, Doreen McCabe of Ephrata, PA and Larry Daisey (Donna) of Perkiomenville, PA; her stepchildren, Mary Prochaska of Gilbertsville, PA, Robert Prochaska (Birgit) of Gilbertsville, PA, James Prochaska of Lansdale, PA and Marc Prochaska of Philadelphia, PA.; and her grandchildren, April Morris of Denver, PA, William McCabe (Carlos) of Chester Springs, PA, Lauren McCabe of Norristown, PA, Jamie Hunt (Shane) of Philadelphia, PA, Lyndsey Prochaska of Gilbertsville, PA, Kory Pennington (Melissa) of Perkiomenville, PA, Nicole Lewis (Kevin) of Gilbertsville, PA and Bryana Natale of Jeffersonville, PA. She was also cherished by 12 children (5 brothers and 6 sisters) and is survived by two brothers and one sister, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
