She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Flanagan; her son Thomas Flanagan (Jean); and her brother Andrew Hernon. She is survived by: her children, Joan McCarthy (Ned), Patricia Cieri (Tony) and Richard Flanagan (Laura); her siblings, James Hernon, Nona Cortina and Marilyn Derungs; and her grandchildren, Will McCarthy, Isabella Cieri, Grace Cieri, Molly McCarthy, Gavin Flanagan, Taegan Flanagan and Christine Cieri.
